Review on Camco Adjustable Screen Door Deluxe Grille - Ultimate Protection for RV Door Screen, Adjustable Size, Black (43993) by Brad Blake

I ordered this screen after seeing it on another RV forum and loved it. Installation was very easy but I read reviews that the black spray paint that fits the upper middle space was accidentally applied underneath so you could see the silver unpainted part when it was installed so I took the black electrical wire and cut the strip to match exactly at that point and since the ribbon is shiny it looks like it was painted on. I've also read that rotating the popping out ends slides back and forth and Camco's suggestion is to put 4 screws in and add them to prevent slipping, but I didn't want to ruin the look of the screen with 4 silver screws so I used tape again and just pushed it inwards in an "L" shape to follow this space and that stopped them from sliding. I added a photo showing where I placed the feed. Camco needs to address the issue of manufacturers spraying the wrong end of the center screen instead of turning it upside down and for goodness sake how hard is it to add 4 more BLACK screws to this item to prevent the slipping issue, since this screen it wasn't very cheap to buy so you don't have to buy extra screws and black paint to fix the problem they cause. Use masking tape, it works great and you can't tell it's there. I love this screen but took off a star because of this known paint and screw issue that Camco needs to fix!
