Where has the copper cream gone?

I know Wright's Copper Cream is hard to find in stores these days, but I wasn't expecting the two containers I just bought from Revain to be less than half full! I used to buy these things in stores and they've never been so empty. At over $13 for two containers, this is a huge rip off. Even with a thick sponge inside, it's barely halfway into the container. The copper cream works well, but the price for that amount is just terrible! When I took them out of the packaging, there was also an oily substance on both containers. I don't know where it came from, the lids were tightly closed. Definitely a bad buy!
