Fairly thick buoyant material Strong, durable but pleasant to the touch and look Had to return as waist was 1/2 inch - 1 inch shorter. The neck fits with room to spare. I ordered a medium for a husky bitch for around Β£65. (Large was sold out, got medium based on reviews hoping it would fit) Arrived on time in perfect condition. Great product for the price!
