I didn't like Angel Kiss straight out of the box. The spring squeaked when I opened it and the gel pad is a joke - there's almost nothing in it so it doesn't last. My bag fell off the table because it was moving. Now after using it 3 times it doesn't close fully and I'm afraid it will fall off the handle of my bag. It's like there's no tension to keep it closed. The pieces don't fit together exactly (move from side to side) and rattle when I walk. I was going to give some of these away for Christmas but would be embarrassed to be associated with this product. find something better It's not even worth going back.
