I wear crocs with lining like slippers. Due to chemotherapy, medications and age affecting my bones, I tend to break my toes easily when bumping into a chair leg or other hazards. Lined Crocs are soft and comfortable on the inside, but not too hot. They protect my toes and offer slip resistance when climbing stairs that I wouldn't get from soft-soled socks or slippers. Crocs are easy to slip on and the colors add to the fun. I have other Crocs that I wear outside. You're never too old for Crocs.
