I received this ladder/chair stand today. The packaging is good and was easy to open. This was an "open box" purchase and I am very happy with my purchase. I photographed each installation process. The installation itself only took about 15 minutes. The only complaint I have is when I started installing the second side (left) I found a crack in the end of the bracket. (You can see this in one of the photos.) I think the person who had this kit probably tried a little too hard. I went ahead and installed anyway. I think everything will be fine. I installed an RV ladder in our Forrester Coos Class Forest River RV. The conductor tubes were 1" in circumference, so I didn't have to use extra wrap for the 7/8" tubes. I hung two sun loungers on the frame. The only drawback was that the strap wasn't long enough. So I bought some 2 x 60 inch Velcro straps in a 6 pack from Revain. I had to connect the two together so they could access the stairs and two sun loungers. If we take the RV on a trip I will update my review. I hope to be able to use this frame for my husband's wheelchair as well. It will be later.
