Review on Redline Tuning 21 27016 02 QuickLIFT PLUS by Donotello Figueroa

I am very happy with these gas hood supports. I chose this Max Lift version because I'm tall and found the hood to be too low when using the OEM lift assist. Now I can open and close the hood easily without worrying about the heavy hood falling on my head or fingers. Installation is about "average" for those comfortable drilling a hole in the hood and using a rivet gun. Watch YouTube videos to get an idea of the effort required for this setup. Be careful not to follow youtube measurements as most of the installation videos are not for the max lift version.
