I like these as an alternative to laces for my kids' shoes.Installation was a bit of work to get the length cut to size and attach the lock and end cap.Maybe 7-10 minutes per pair of shoes.
Mostly cutting too long and having to re-cut.If you get the length wrong on the first try, it's fairly easy to remove the end cap, trim the laces and then re-install the end cap.Once they are on the shoes, these laces look good and are easy for my kids (10 & 12) to use. They're able to get their running shoes tight enough for gym class, or looser for casual wear.
