I'm usually very concerned about not drinking enough fluids and I'm always looking for something to help me get better. I was a bit hesitant about using "Detox" here; I hate this marketing because it's just buzzwords. But anyway, I tried it and immediately the taste was so bad. It's just chemical and medicinal. I can tell it's supposed to be fruit punch, but it tastes more like someone drank fruit punch out of a mug and then poured your medicine into the same empty mug. drinking mixes. In this respect, I cannot justify the taste without the additional benefit. If I was feeling any great or over hydrated I would consider it a remedy and keep using it, but as it stands I can't recommend it until/unless they improve the taste.
