Padded or not padded, that is the question :)

I do NOT recommend this for the Gym's free weight room. The palm is not padded enough to protect the skin. This is really a cool pair of gloves to be used in you Luxury car. Other than that it is excellent for the cable machines and light weight training.

  • May not be allowed in certain sports or competitions, affecting versatility
