The fact that the system is very flexible and can be extended. I can add an attachment to a document and then it shows up on my desktop as a file. I can then attach the file to a new document. This is very useful because I can attach any file I want to a new document. The fact that it is open source is very attractive. I have been using it for four years now and there have been no major problems. I have only had minor issues with the system. This is not a bad program. It does what it is supposed to do. I recommend it to anyone who needs a document management system. It is compatible with most of the other programs we use. It is easy to use and allows us to track our documents.
