The best thing about this software it's that you can use any type of file format, also its easy to set up with different files types like pdfs or docx etc..The only issue i have had was when using some older versions there were compatibility issues but since then they've solved them so now everything works perfectly well! The fact that the system is very flexible and can be extended. I can add an attachment to a document and then it shows up on my desktop as a file. I can then attach the file to a new document. This is very useful because I can attach any file I want to a new document. The fact that it is open source is very attractive.
