Unit failed after only three months; XO Vision has ordered the unit to be taken to California 4 DIFFERENT TIMES for repair to send it back and the piece of junk still doesn't work I paid more for shipping than the actual device (bought for my 4 year old disabled child who is in a wheelchair) The customer service at XO Vision is a joke; I don't think they ever honor their warranty, on the 4th return they even promised me a new unit (with free ones to impose) and then sent me back the same defective unit with a postal note that said "new (and no I spent March to August fixing the problem and now it still won't read DVD!
