They start flickering and buzzing after a year or two even though the box says 31 years. It has to be ILLEGAL. As others have pointed out, you end up wasting all that plastic casing and spending a lot more on bulbs masquerading as lighting fixtures. A complete and complete scam that harms the environment while claiming to be eco-friendly. INADMISSIBLE!
