I researched and tested this inverter very carefully before purchasing as I protect my electronics. I was very disappointed to learn that this upside down laptop nearly broke because after using it for less than an hour in a brand new Jeep Cherokee my laptop would not turn on. Because of my IT background, I was able to fix the problem myself by disassembling my laptop and replacing an inexpensive part. However, my new laptop and the new car I was traveling in were at serious risk when using this product. I highly recommend looking for a pure sine wave inverter as the health of your electronics or your car is not worth compromising on this cheap, disappointing product. You have been warned!
