Our ice maker in the fridge broke a few years ago and we used those traditional little ice cube trays but the ice cubes melt so quickly in the AZ heat and then the ice cube trays age and start breaking themselves . It was time to replace them, so I started looking for shells that wouldn't break - silicone. Then I saw these big ice cubes and they are amazing! I like that they are big, they don't melt as fast as regular ice cubes. They work great in our Ozark mugs! 2-3 cubes are enough for almost the whole day and the water stays cold while we fill it up! What's more, the bowls can be used for a variety of things, not just ice cream, and their size makes them a lot more versatile! Ice pops out easily and they're super easy to clean!
