shows up as "Unknown USB device" in Windows 10. Trying to update the drivers does nothing. No CD or user manual is included, but scanning the QR code on the box will take you to the ELP website, which has no driver downloads available. There is a "Software" in the "Support" section, but you cannot download the software, only "Request Information".
