As a SavvyGrow customer, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the company's customer support. After receiving a product that was not up to par, I made multiple attempts to get in touch with the business; however, their customer service was unresponsive. Because of the absence of communication, it was difficult to find a solution to the problem, and as a result, I felt frustrated. In addition to that, I discovered that their website was extremely disorganized and difficult to traverse. It was difficult to locate the products I was looking for, and the results that the search function produced were not accurate. In addition, the product descriptions were not very detailed, which made it difficult for me to understand precisely what it was that I was buying. My time spent working with SavvyGrow was, on the whole, not productive. Their website and customer support are two areas that have room for improvement, which would ultimately result in an enhanced shopping experience for their patrons. This retail establishment is not one that I would suggest to others.
