I have the same belt in a different color. I like this type of straps because they are easy to put on and can be adjusted with precision. I have one of those "fancy" ratchet straps but I only use them on clothes as they are leather. The rest of the time I wear these belts. They're not "trendy," but I can wear them with jeans, khakis, and everything from t-shirts to button-down shirts. I plan to buy other colors for more versatility. I've had the other belt for about a year now. and still looks like new. I wear it A LOT but the canvas strap is very stiff. I trimmed one end to match and burned the trimmed end to keep it from fraying. No problem. After all, you cannot find a price for such a belt.
