Easy to use, gets results
I have a set of these and bought a set for my sister who struggles with healthy eating. I use containers myself as I don't like to 'think' about menu planning. I found the menu with them online and made my own weekly schedule based on what I like to eat. The containers make eating easier without having to measure portion sizes. I cut vegetables for salads so I can cook something new every day. You'll be amazed at how full you are - and have lost weight, but need some exercise. Walking is easiest and you'll feel the difference as you eat cleaner. Great to eat!
