Let me say that I had a few expectations for this product: - I needed something that could run on battery - Something with a touch screen so I could draw - Something that would allow me to close my laptop despite a broken screen use - Something that came with everything I needed. Only one of these expectations was fulfilled. My monitor is not touch sensitive, I was told I need to buy another HDMI to mini HDMI to use this feature as what I got may not always work, ok. Done, still no touchscreen. I was no longer provided with all the necessary cables and could not operate the touchscreen. I decided to give it some time, after all it let me use my laptop and as a student I couldn't afford days without a touchscreen anymore. working notebook. Anyway, the monitor doesn't work without the power cord connected, in low brightness or otherwise, and when trying to expand the device, only the HDMI port works. I tried this with several different devices and several different cables, nothing. I could live with always being connected to a power source, I could live without being able to draw, but what really motivated this review is the fact that the HDMI connection is so unreliable that the monitor wouldn't work if it did I hadn't pulled a cable or positioned it. it carefully. In usable condition, this monitor only worked to a limited extent. But now I have to walk on eggshells to use it. Update: Support contacted me about my experience and offered a partial refund of the product. They didn't follow through and eclipsed me as soon as I updated my review to show they are willing to work with you.
