Review on 🐟 Huijukon Bio Sponge Filter: Premium Aquarium Filter Sponge for Betta, Fry, Shrimp, Breeder; Ideal for Freshwater and Saltwater Fish Tank by Luis Leblanc

I am in the process of upgrading my angelfish/discus hatchery from other square/round bottom and angle filters to these. My city water has a stable tap pH of 7.2, the lime hardness is extremely low. Even daily 50% water changes in over 200 tanks barely kept them above 6.4. Adding aragonite to the cups has greatly improved the stability of my water! My fish, plants and snails have gotten so much better, just amazing! All my aquariums are crystal clear and very stable! I use one of these for every 15-30 gallons depending on my storage rate needs, but generally every 20 gallons. These filters are very easy to care for, I only have to remove a filter sponge every 2 weeks and press it into a small bucket of aquarium water. In my case I add aragonite as needed, so about every 3-4 months to keep the pH and calcium hardness stable.
