ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!
First review - cheap packaging. The light on the USB end lit up, so that seemed like a good sign. When I finally plugged it in and watched the screen to see if it recognized the charger, the battery never died and the USB indicator disappeared. I even tried sniffing the adapter to see if something was shorting but didn't feel anything. I'm sending it back and buying direct from Dell.
