Easy to replace and works well

It was easy to replace on my Bosch ROS and works very well. It's tougher than OEM. So if that's important, you might want to think twice before ordering. I like that it's stiff as I mostly use it on large flat surfaces. If you need something to contour the edges more, you might need something softer. I'm happy with it and so far its performance has been great.
