"Why do you need that thing” wifey immediately asks when I open the box and pull out the beaker.Well - 6 months later there are so many things we have used this for in the kitchen !The glass is thick and at 1000ml holds lots of liquid , my go to for making cold brewed coffee and when available we use it for a wine decanter. It holds a bottle with room for swirling to aerate and looks really cool on the table.It is an easy 5 star for me, and I even think wifey now likes it!
