Works well, good sound, convenient but short cord

Bought for long PSVR sessions. I usually use Sony's platinum kit, but after long sessions (like 10 hours, I mean long when I say long lol) I get headaches from the pressure of the on-ear headphones that I have to put on the headset, plus the pressure of the headset itself. I thought they might be more comfortable since they don't increase that pressure. So far, so good. They just fit snugly around my ears and I don't feel any pressure from them, so they should work just fine. The sound isn't as good as the boards, but it's by no means terrible and it's certainly decent. I'm not a music lover so they're fine for most games. I think I'll save the plates for extreme diving, but I'll use them for everything else because they're definitely a lot more comfortable, which is why I bought them. The only thing I don't like about them is the length of the cord. Too short. It's probably fine if you have a newer headset, although you plug it into the headset itself, but I have a v1 with the jack and controls on the cord instead of the headset, and the cord for this set of headphones isn't as long ( almost just a little bit shorter) as the length of the cable from the jack to the headset and this causes some sort of uncomfortable tension there. This makes the cable feel heavier and feels like it's loosening and pulling on me, making it feel like I can't turn my head as much. So I'll probably still need to use platforms for games that I need to be very active on, but that's fine. The main game I play for long sessions and the reason I bought them was the werewolves in it and I sit down to this game anyway and don't move much so for my purposes it doesn't really matter but I thought I'd mention it so that others might have it in mind. If you have a newer v2 headset you should be fine. It's certainly a great concept and much more convenient and comfortable than overhead and in-ear sound. I recommend. Just think about the length of the cable. It's pretty short. I wish it had an extension for those with original headsets. But whatever, this is a great product.
