I ordered this unit because it listed a tool and I assumed it was the tool needed to open the Wii box - WRONG - Tools Required, but most of them don't have a tri-wing screwdriver in their own tool box. You might think that shipping this device with a Phillips screwdriver is some kind of silly joke. I have all sizes of Phillips screwdrivers, but this is the first time I've come across a tri-wing. Why did you send me a Phillips screwdriver? As I said, it's a joke. Now I have to either send it back or find a three-bladed screwdriver. Not happy - be this a warning to anyone who thinks that this unit needs to be bought because it comes with a tool - it doesn't!
