Toaster looks great when taken out of the box. But when you look at the article, you will notice that all the handles and moving parts are made of plastic and look cheap. Also, the heating wires are unevenly placed inside the unit and some seem too tight and pulled against the insulation, resulting in some not even glowing red when toasted, ultimately meaning whatever's inside isn't toasted becomes. Which brings me to my next complaint. The toast guide, which tells you which setting to use to get the "degree of toast" you want, is completely disabled. I suspect this is because the heater wires are not properly tensioned. Because some of them don't glow, the toast level has to be almost "burned out" to get the classic toast color. While this machine can make toasted bread and bagels and looks great on a kitchen shelf, I am not happy with its quality and performance.
