Review on 16-Core, 32-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor - AMD Ryzen 9 5950X by Wiktor Jakuta ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Everything about the purchase suits me, a very necessary product.

Requires a good body kit for maximum boost in PBO mode: MP with a good and not overheating power supply, a well-ventilated case, preferably custom water, a good PSU (I have platinum at 850 W and back to back, paired with 3090, a load of 700 W easily exceeds but I need also stock).

Pros
  • Ultimate performance in everything, including games. Now you can stream (x264) with good quality (FullHD or QHD 60 fps) and the video card is only busy with the game for maximum quality and fps (RTX3090).
Cons
  • There are problems with some copies of processors on some MPs, even with the ate of their bios, some of the problem remains. Lack of voltage at the maximum boost of some cores with a single-threaded load, which led to crashes in Windows or even the inability to boot the system (on the first BIOS, it was solved only by disabling the core boost in the BIOS). Depending on the motherboard, you may need to manually configure the BIOS to stop the crashes, but first of all ate the BIOS (it is highly desirable that the ate includes AGESA V2 PI 1.2.0.0).
