Let me tell you, my recent experience buying at VagaryLight was a nightmare. Their website was poorly designed and difficult to navigate. Once I located what I needed, I placed an order and held my breath. Naturally, though, my good fortune ran out. The shipment didn't come for weeks, and when it did, it was severely damaged. I tried contacting customer care, but all I got were excuses and useless advice. VagaryLight's abysmal lack of responsibility and disregard for their consumers' feelings made that evident. Not only was their customer service terrible, but their products were poorly made and barely functional. In a nutshell, avoid VagaryLight if you value your time. Their poor quality and service make them more akin to VagaryFright.
