I actually have another model of wireless backup camera from the same company that took 5 minutes to install on my 2005 Honda Pilot. However, this model needs to take up space both above and below the license plate as the camera and solar panel are separate. While installing the reversing camera was very easy and worked very well, the camera mounted on top of the license plate interfered with the tailgate handle. My car doesn't have a button for the auto sunroof, so I always had to manually open the sunroof with the handle, but the camera basically blocked the handle and it was very tight to put my hand in there. When I saw this TW1 model I knew immediately that this would solve this problem as the solar panel was simply mounted on top of the camera and took up just one side of the license plate. Please note that this TW1 model does not come with a solar panel, so you will need to purchase one separately. Installation was even simpler and easier than my other. Installing this rear view camera really takes 5 minutes or less and you don't have to drill or run any wires! Simply great design. This TW1 model can also be connected to 2 cameras, but it only comes with 1 camera, so you may have to buy an additional camera separately. The video quality is crisp and clear. It appears to have the same resolution and camera quality as the other model, including the LCD monitor. I gave the other reversing camera to my little brother, who has a really old sedan without a reversing camera and loves it. His sedan doesn't have a sunroof handle so he didn't have the problems I had. I would highly recommend this solar powered wireless backup camera to anyone who has a car without a backup camera. Now every car manufacturer is obliged to have a rear view camera in the car because it is necessary for safety. If you have an older car without a backup camera, look no further because now you can get one in just 5 minutes!
