Review on Effortlessly Quilt And Iron With Rdutuok'S Pure New Zealand Wool Pressing Mat by Michael Tarlue

Revainrating 5 out of 5

No strong odor! on my review.

I am very please with this pressing mat. There is no strong odor and it does an excellent job of pressing. Just remember this is wool and it can scorch, so consider this with your iron setting. The portability of this mat is a plus. I used a scrap piece of wood paneling; which I adhered felt to the bottom side to protect from scratching, then I have placed a folded beach towel on top of the paneling and I have had no major problems with heat damage under the mat, but I still would not place it on my good dinning table. Just use common sense and you will be very pleased with this mat. When I am in need of that burst of steam, no problem. I would recommend this product.

Pros
  • Reduces the need for steam when ironing fabrics
Cons
  • May not be suitable for all types of sewing projects
