Very versatile - requires frequent adjustments
This belt goes with many outfits; It works with many combinations of skirts and shirts. However; It definitely feels like a binder and gets uncomfortable after a few hours of wearing or a large meal. I wore this belt to Disney World for a few days and by the end of the day my waist was burning from the compression as normal daytime wear should be fine in the middle of the day.
