No simple plugin installation. Confusing technical support.

My home WiFi installers were offering $2000 to connect WiFi to my pool, so I bought this product instead as it was advertised as easy, pre-programmed/prepared. I was disappointed when I first set up the antennas, probably only 200 feet from the pool house, and it immediately turned off the wifi in my main house. Technical support had me reboot the system and then replace the entire cable. (It was a pain since it's in the attic.) Okay. I didn't get it, I'm not technically savvy. $25 for cable, same thing happened. Then the guy from CambiumTech says swap the modem. For real? This controls my TV, security and wifi and worked fine until the antenna was connected. That makes no sense. Isn't it just to wear down the customer? CHECK OVER! You succeeded. I asked my technician for help. (You will not operate this equipment) You suspect RF interference is causing the system to shut down. It makes sense. Unfortunately, more than a month has passed since the purchase and Revain is not responding to my complaints. Anyone willing to buy $300 bookends? Now Wi-Fi in the pool house costs me $2,300!
