If you already have a Shockwave board (this will be shown on the board when you open the ax handle cover) it has much the same functionality. But if you hate counting and remembering "blinks," then this is for you. Easy to install. The grooves are ok but when held up it's not really noticeable compared to the stock front grip. My only concern is that the joystick is a bit difficult to use when you push it up unless you have very sharp nails. People with short fingertips like me or big fingers will find this a bit difficult. The Vanquish joystick feels a little lighter to operate.
