I love this monitor! The USB-C connection is perfect for my 2020 Macbook Pro as I no longer have to use an adapter on the side of my computer. Connecting an external hard drive to the rear USB ports also worked flawlessly. To charge my Macbook, I did a quick Google search. If you turn off "Smart Power" and turn it on again, charging works. I don't usually turn off my computer, I just put it to sleep when not in use so it doesn't interrupt charging. Whenever you turn off or unplug your computer, you may need to toggle the Smart Power option each time.
