Review on 🪑 White Plastic Furniture Socket by Shepherd Hardware - 5/8-Inch Size for Sturdy Support by Moises Dzihic

When looking for replacement roller heads, I've found that head specifications are presented in different ways - sometimes as OD and tube dimensions, and sometimes as ID tubes. Shepherd specifications are for the ID of the hose (7/8 #9071 fits snugly into a 7/8 inch ID hose). My tubing was 1" OD and 16ga (0.54") so the tubing ID was about 0.982" leaving 7/8 product loose in the tubing. I also tried the 1" and it was too big for my pipe without trimming each fin. I ended up using 1" Oagen S-R100A sockets for my 1" OD tube. I have the bits Shepherd #9071 and #9073 and vernier calipers - dimensions are shown in the attached photos.
