They are great except for the inseam which is really big and thick. I think it takes a bit of getting used to, but without them they would be much better than gloves. And the sizing chart is A LOT different, I measured my hand carefully and still had to go up 2 full sizes to get a pair that didn't cut off my circulation in my hands. That meant 2 returns. very annoying. Otherwise they are a good thickness for medium cold weather or to wear under other gloves. I have a pair of cashmere lined leather gloves that I wear over them when it's very, very cold and they work well.
