Generac GN190 Starter
Wish there was an alternative as this is the second starter I have installed in 2 1/2 years. The first starter bearing bushing has come loose from the engine housing. The second starter broke the engine's mainshaft just behind the Bendix drive. Because the seller, DB ELECTRIC, processed and shipped the item so quickly, I ordered an extra starter to keep it on the shelf. At $81.30 I consider it cheap insurance. After all, what use is an emergency generator if it shuts down a "simple" part for a week or longer?
