Worked great with external sound cards
My 3.5mm I/Os were degrading. The sound worked fine, but the back motherboard connection and front panel didn't work properly. All Discord calls had poor microphone input, to the point where friends didn't want to hear it. This solved the problem immediately. Mic quality was as clear as ever.
