When I first used this bag, the tip of the zipper came off immediately. I wore it several times and eventually it just fell off and got lost. OK. So I figured I could keep using it without and today the whole zipper just fell off. I shouldn't keep trying to fix that bag. I've used it about 6 times since I got it about 2 weeks ago. I liked the leather, shoulder and wrist straps, but it's useless at the moment. I find it defective and will request a return/refund. Well the company contacted me and sent me a replacement very quickly. I am very happy with the replacement, now I use it almost every day. Very happy with customer service and product!
