Perfect fit for my small TV on top of a stand. The sound just wasn't right for me, so I came up with the idea of mounting it on a stand. This mount basically allows my soundbar to be positioned: face up, face down, left, right, high on a stand, low on a stand and can even be rotated so one side is horizontally higher than the other , if I want. do something. Unfortunately, there wasn't an easy way to mount the speaker bar on a stand. I thought about driving the screws directly into the plastic on the back of the panel until I saw how close the control boards were to the speaker enclosure. So I had to make a mounting plate out of an $8 sheet of steel and some hardware + an actual wall mount for the speaker bar ($10). It took me almost a day to build such a simple looking mounting plate, but I'm very happy with how it works. All I had to do after attaching it to the bar was tighten to lock it in place. For anyone who wanted this mount to fit smaller diameter bars, you can easily saw through the screw barrels that prevent the mount from closing completely and it still has enough threads to clamp well, as this mount is really solidly built. So strong I was concerned that the weight of the speaker bar + bracket would drop my TV. Or get insecure when he gets hit. Fortunately this was not the case.
