Disappointed good for braces, splints and braces
Rock Tape is pretty good but KT Tape exceeded my expectations and Rock Tape's performance. I've used the KT Extreme and Rock Tape H20 side by side, the KT rolled off the edges all over the place, came loose on a good sweaty workout and relaxed after a post workout shower. CT extreme was kept under the same conditions for one day.
