They are very good at what they do which is solving problems for customers or developing solutions that help them solve their own business challenges. The people there can be quite difficult sometimes but it's just part of working with such large organisations - you get used to it after some years! If I had one thing against EDS then would have been no-one available when needed by phone (or via email). So far we haven't really found anything negative about this service provider. We've worked closely together over many months and solved several technical issues.
