I' I start the back of this product, after a long wait, I received it in a well-packaged package, after opening the package, it took me some time to familiarize myself with the operation, the complete Chinese-English docs and YouTube video tutorials certainly helped me a lot.Later on I even discovered that there is a special DOBOT MOOZ community on Facebook for 3D printing enthusiasts to connect with each other.And of course I asked about joining the group and they accepted me. I have found many active supporters sharing their thoughts and experiences and uploading video tutorials which are extremely helpful for beginners. I have de n 3D printer block used regularly, it has always given me a satisfactory result. I haven't tried laser and CNC yet, will try later. Overall this is a good product with a unique design.
