This is definitely a fantastic camera for young children. It has a bunch of really great features that will stay in my son's arsenal down the road. Image quality is what you should expect for this price range. They're quite grainy in low light and not exactly cutting edge. But that's for younger kids! Pros: DURABLE - The camera itself is already rubberized and very thick. THEN it has a thick rubber coating. It will withstand anything my youngest son can throw at it. Frame. There are various fun frames and "accessories" that can be put on photos. Think of it like a kid's version of SnapChat. It's really a lot of fun. games. There are three GAMES included and they work surprisingly well for the camera. There is Tetris (cool), Snake (snake clone) and a block moving game. Tetris is awesome. Video - Yes. He's making a video. The camera also has a built-in microphone. My son will love this. my poor dogs MicroSD - Comes with a 32GB MicroSD card. GREAT. It also has a USB reader for easy transfer to your computer. Very NICE.Battery - built-in rechargeable battery. Charges with a micro USB cable. It seems to have excellent battery life compared to other kids cameras. I kept taking pictures. The screen stays on. A preview made on the camera of different images. Shot several videos. One was about five minutes long and the rest were short clips. The battery still holds a charge. Cons: Image/video quality is pretty standard for a camera in this price range that's aimed at kids. It's not exactly cheating as I knew what to expect. I'm including this so people don't think they are buying their kid a professional camera. For me it's not that bad. All in all this is a great value. Got it for a six year old and he's going to love it. It does everything a kid needs: 1. Looks cool. 2. Take photos. 3. Records videos. 4. Play games. Every photo and video will be amazing for him. To think about it like that. This camera will be his favorite Christmas present this year.
