I'll start by saying I don't think I need to order a size up. I'm usually medium to tall so when I got this I remembered I was pregnant. Have XL. I'm 5'3" and 141 lbs. I would say the big one would be better. Still, they're a little big on me, but my butt still looks so good that when my husband came into the bathroom to check, was immediately in his arms. 10/10 recommend. They are quite comfortable too. π
