The user interface is very intuitive with minimal customization required by users (not that any are needed). I have been able to create multiple accounts quickly without having difficulty navigating their system or finding my way around it! It's also super easy to add other people from LinkedIn so there isn't much additional work involved when adding new employees; just sign up them as if you were your own employee! There really aren’t many downsides at this point but some of our team has had issues creating profiles/accounts using certain browsers which can be frustrating since we use Chrome most often. If they fix those problems soon though then everything will probably go smoothly again! Having an internal sourcing tool makes onboarding more efficient than before because now candidates don't need to register separately through 3rd party sites like Indeed etc., saving us time & money while increasing efficiency overall.
