Benefits: Everything you need to mount your projector. Very nice, high-quality faucet. Comes with many different sized screws to fit the projector base plate. Cons: Ceiling anchors are huge and look like standard pipe anchors. You need to pre-drill before using. This form of anchoring can be very problematic when working with drywall as it usually doesn't hold up well. It would be ideal for concrete installation. Ugly: The mounting plate that fits on the projector is too standard. This can be both good and ugly. It's designed to fit many projectors, but that also means it has extra bulk and an odd tilt adjustment for projectors with narrower mounting holes. Correction - I had some self tapping screws laying around, didn't need to pre-drill the holes, just a screwdriver
