I have been suffering from back pain for several months. I've tried a lumbar support pillow before but it didn't help my back pain. I did a little research and came across this product. This product provides excellent stretching at multiple levels and temporarily relieves my pain. It is convenient to use and has a comfortable thickness, which makes it durable to use. The quality of the resistance band in the box isn't bad, although not upscale. You can do simple upper back exercises. Worth a try!
